Rosen, PLLC.  The firm is a boutique practice with a focus on all aspects of bankruptcy law and creditors' rights.  The firm is staffed by five attorneys.  Avrum Rosen, the founding member of the firm is experienced in representing chapter 11 debtors, operating small to mid-size companies.  He has successfully reorganized a number of businesses located on Long Island as well as New York City.  In addition, he has represented chapter 7 trustees in numerous actions.  Defendants in various bankruptcy proceedings have also utilized the firm's services. 

The firm has grown to now include five attorneys.  In addition to Mr. Rosen, Fred Kantrow, a member of the firm, as well as Kimberly Berson, Deborah Dobbin and George Bara, make up the firm's attorneys.  Each attorney is experienced in bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
